Hrishamrut Organics – Shipping Policy

• Free Shipping: Free shipping is applicable only when specified as part of a promotional campaign or special offer.

• Order Information: To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a complete postal address with pin code, email ID, and contact number. Kindly double-check your pin code and contact number before completing your order.

• Processing & Dispatch:

• If the ordered item is in stock, it will be packed and dispatched within 3 working days.

• Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days after dispatch.

• If any product in your order is unavailable, we will contact you and issue a refund for the unavailable item(s) (if paid in advance) within 10 working days, while shipping the remaining products.

• Delivery Timelines:

• Deliveries are made by our courier partners between Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am – 7:00 pm.

• Public holidays and Sundays are excluded.

• Please note that delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays).

• Order Tracking: Once your package is dispatched, your tracking details will be shared via email and WhatsApp.
