Hrishamrut Organics – Returns, Refund & Replacement Policy

At Hrishamrut Organics, every jar is prepared with utmost care, honesty, and devotion to purity. Since our products are handcrafted in small batches and made using completely natural processes, we maintain a strict no-return and no-refund policy once an order is confirmed.

However, in the rare event of an issue, we are more than happy to assist our patrons with a fair and amicable solution in the following situations:

1. Damaged Product

• If your product reaches you in a damaged condition, we will promptly re-send and replace it.

• Hrishamrut Organics must be notified within 2 days from the date of delivery via email at hrishamrutorganics@gmail.com

• Your email should include:

• Order number

• Image of invoice

• 1 clear image of the outer packaging box

• 2 clear images of the damaged product

• Unboxing video clearly showing the damaged product

• In case of multiple items in a single shipment, only the affected product(s) will be eligible for replacement.

• Replacement will take 7–10 working days.

• Our team will respond to your email within 24–48 hours and guide you through the process.

2. Missing Product

• If an item from your order is missing, please notify us within 2 days of delivery at hrishamrutorganics@gmail.com.

• Your email should include:

• Order number

• Image of invoice

• 1 clear image of the outer packaging box

• 2 clear images of the opened box showing received products

• Complete unboxing video with all items received

• Refunds will not be possible, but we will be happy to re-send the missing product at the earliest.

• Our team will acknowledge and respond within 24–48 hours with full assistance.

3. Spoiled Product

• If you suspect that a product has been spoiled, kindly notify us within 2 days of delivery at hrishamrutorganics@gmail.com

• Please share:

• Order number

• Date of packaging / manufacture (from label)

• Clear images or video highlighting the issue

• Since our products are completely natural, free from chemicals, and crafted in small batches, natural variations in taste, texture, colour, or aroma are expected. These variations are a hallmark of authenticity and not considered spoilage.

• After due investigation and quality check, we will replace the product if spoilage is confirmed.

• We assure you of a fair and transparent resolution.
